A three-story apartment in the prestigious development known as The Peak, a stone’s throw from Sentosa island Singapore, was renovated to maximize interior living spaces and create a purpose to balcony areas followed by a refurbishment based on a more contemporary palette. In keeping with the existing development, facades were designed and developed maintaining similar materials and proportions and provide a maximum outlook to the South China Sea.

Cool shades of grey contrasted with black steel elements provide a clean modern industrial feel whilst timber features and furniture work with fabrics and rugs to bring a sense of coziness to the space. White sheer curtains allow the sunlight to filter through to the interior highlighting the crisp nature of the interior materials. A backdrop of greenery to the new operable balcony bringing a connection to nature even closer than the popular Kent Ridge Park which sits at the back door.
